Each capsule contains retinol palmitate (A) 5.5 mg equivalent to 10,000 iu, calciferol (D) 400 iu, dl-α-tocopheryl acetate (E) 0.5 iu, thiamine mononitrate (B1) 7.5 mg, riboflavin (B2) 10 mg, nicotinamide (B3) 30 mg, panthenol 1 mg, pyridoxine HCl (B6) 0.5 mg, cyanocobalamin (B12) 5 mcg, ascorbic acid (C) 200 mg, calcium (as dicalcium phosphate) 75 mg, phosphorus (as dicalcium phosphate) 59 mg, ferrous fumarate (Fe 4.4 mg) 15 mg, dried magnesium sulfate (Mg 0.43 mg) 3 mg, manganese sulfate (Mn 0.16 mg) 0.5 mg, dried zinc sulfate (Zn 0.18 mg) 0.5 mg, lecithin 50 mg, citrus bioflavonoids 25 mg and L-lysine HCl 25 mg.

Prevents and treats nutritional vitamin and mineral deficiencies; stimulates appetite and promotes growth and proper development of brain, bones and muscles; provides nutritional dietary supplement for metabolic build-up and restores energy and vigor required for extra mental and physical activities.

Adults: 1 cap daily or as prescribed by the physician.

Store at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. Do not refrigerate. Protect from light, heat and moisture.
