Indications/Uses

Control & relief of cough associated w/ common colds, flu & other resp infections. Particularly in dry, unproductive & paroxysmal cough.

Dosage/Direction for Use

Forte cap 1 cap every 4 hr. Syr Adult 1 tbsp. Childn 7-12 yr 2 tsp, 1-6 yr 1 tsp. Infant ½ tsp. To be taken tid-qid.

MAOIs; may potentiate action of local anesth. Markedly reverse the hypotensive effects of reserpine & methyldopa. Alcohol potentiates action of chlorpheniramine maleate.
