Indications/Uses
Adjuvant treatment of peptic ulcer w/ PPIs & H2 receptor antagonists. Prevention of NSAID-induced gastropathy.
Dosage/Direction for Use
Adult Gastric mucosal lesions in acute gastritis & acute exacerbation of chronic gastritis, gastric ulcers 1 tab tid.
Administration
Should be taken with food.
Contraindications
Special Precautions
Pregnancy & lactation. Childn & elderly.
Adverse Reactions
Hypersensitivity: Rarely, rash, pruritus & eczematous drug eruption. GI effects: Rarely, dry mouth, constipation, sensation of abdominal enlargement, diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, heartburn, abdominal pain & belching.
