Contents
Montelukast Na 10 mg, levocetirizine HCl 5 mg
Indications/Uses
Symptomatic relief associated w/ seasonal & perennial allergic rhinitis.
Dosage/Direction for Use
Administration
May be taken with or without food.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to montelukast-levocetirizine & other piperazine derivatives. Galactose intolerance, Lapp lactase deficiency or glucose-galactose malabsorption. Severe renal impairment (CrCl <10 mL/min).
Special Precautions
Not for use in the reversal of bronchospasm in acute asthma attacks, including status asthmaticus. Appropriate rescue medication may be necessary. Should not be abruptly substituted for inhaled or oral corticosteroids. Not be used as monotherapy for exercise induced bronchospasm. Known aspirin sensitivity. Systematic eosinophilia. Alcohol intake. Pregnancy & lactation. Childn <2 yr.
Adverse Reactions
Dyspepsia, abdominal pain, rash, dizziness, headache, fatigue, somnolence; hypersensitivity, irritability, restlessness, insomnia, vomiting, diarrhea.
