Hypersensitivity. Alcoholism, hypnotics & other CNS-acting drugs.

Special Precautions

Patients w/ reduced resp reverse, elevated intracranial pressure, history of seizure or history of hypersensitivity to opioids, myasthenia gravis, renal & hepatic dysfunction. Concomitant use w/ opioids & MAOIs. May affect ability to drive or operate machinery. Pregnancy & lactation.
