Netherton's syndrome, severely inflamed or damaged skin areas or immunocompromised patients, patients developing lymphadenopathy. In the presence of a dermatological bacterial or fungal infection, the use of an appropriate antimicrobial agent should be instituted. Minimize natural or artificial sunlight exposure during the course of treatment. Pregnancy & lactation.
