Discontinue use if HPA axis suppression is noted or irritation develops. May produce manifestations of Cushing's syndrome. Institute appropriate antifungal or antibacterial agent in presence of dermatological infections. Not for ophth use. Visual disturbances. Occurrence of adrenal suppression especially in childn. Pregnancy & lactation. Childn <12 yr.
