Recent MI, stroke or established peripheral arterial disease 75 mg once daily. Acute coronary syndrome including unstable angina/non-Q-wave MI Initially 300 mg as a single loading dose, then continued at 75 mg once daily.
Increased risk of bleeding from trauma, surgery or other pathological conditions (GI & intraocular). Discontinue 5 days prior to surgery. Consider blood cell count determination &/or other appropriate testing.
