Bleeding tendency to involve systemically exacerbated fibrinolysis; abnormal bleeding to involve locally exacerbated fibrinolysis; tonsillitis, pharyngolaryngitis; pain in the oral cavity or mucosal aphtha in case of stomatitis.

Dosage/Direction for Use

Adult 250-500 mg IV or IM once or bid. 500-1,000 mg IV or 500-2,500 mg IV drip during or post-op.

Special Precautions

Hypersensitivity. Patients w/ thrombosis & in whom thrombosis might occur; consumption coagulopathy; hematuria. Retinal changes in large doses. Renal impairment.
