OA 200 mg/day as a single dose or 100 mg bid. RA 100-200 mg bid. Juvenile RAPatient >25 kg 100 bid, ≥10 to ≤25 kg 50 mg bid. Ankylosing spondylitis 200 mg once daily or in 2 divided doses. Management of acute pain & treatment of primary dysmenorrhea Initially 400 mg, followed by 200 mg if needed on 1st day & 200 mg bid on subsequent days. FAP 400 mg bid.

Administration
May be taken with or without food: Dose for OA/RA may be given w/ or w/o meals, but doses for FAP must be given w/ meals.
Contraindications
Asthma, urticaria, allergic-type reaction to sulfonamides, aspirin or other NSAIDs; renal impairment w/ CrCl <30 mL/min; severe hepatic impairment, heart failure & inflammatory bowel disease; history of MI or stroke; peri-op period undergoing cardiac or major vascular surgery.
