Per 5 mL Thiamine HCl (vit B₁) 10 mg, riboflavin phosphate (vit B₂) 1.4 mg, nicotinamide (vit B₃) 20 mg, pyridoxine HCl (vit B₆) 5 mg, cyanocobalamin (vit B₁₂) 5 mcg, L-lysine HCl 300 mg, ferrous sulfate heptahydrate 25 mg (equiv to elemental Fe 5 mg)

Prevention & treatment of vit-mineral deficiency.

Administration

May be taken with or without food.

Special Precautions

Mild drowsiness. Fe: Occasional GI discomfort eg, nausea, diarrhea. Decreased absorption w/ tetracycline & some antacids & may retard absorption of tetracycline (should not be taken w/in 2 hr). Reduced absorption w/ food but will lessen gastric irritation.
