Adult HTN & angina Initially 5 mg, may be increased to max dose of 10 mg once daily. Small, fragile or elderly & patient w/ hepatic insufficiency Initially 2.5 mg once daily.
Patients receiving either peripheral vasodilators (especially in patient w/ severe aortic stenosis) or in patient w/ severe heart failure. Impaired liver function.
