Each cap contains essential amino acids (dL-methionine 9.2 mg, L-leucine 9.15 mg, L-valine 5 mg, L-isoleucine 5 mg, L-threonine 5 mg, L-tryptophan 5 mg, L-phenylalanine 5 mg, lysine HCl 25 mg) and vitamins (retinol palmitate 1000 IU, ergocalciferol 100 IU, tocopherol acetate 5 mg, thiamine nitrate 2.5 mg, riboflavin 1.5 mg, nicotinamide 10 mg, pyridoxine HCl 5 mg, Ca pantothenate 2.5 mg, cyanocobalamin 0.5 mcg, folic acid 100 mcg, ascorbic acid 25 mg).
Alimentation and restoration, weak constitution, physical fatigue, during and after illness, febrile wasting disease, alimentation for pregnancy and lactation period, etc.
For adult: Each time two capsules, once or twice daily.
When administered exceeding the daily recommended dose (5,000 units) of vitamin A (retinol) to a pregnant woman, congenital malformation may occur (except in patients with vitamin A deficiency).
Consult a doctor or pharmacist before using in children under age 1; patients under treatment; women who are or may become pregnant.
In use: Follow the prescribed usage and dosage.
When administered to children, the patient should be under the care of a physician.
To be taken orally, not parenterally.
Because enough amount of vitamin A is present in common diet, dose in supplementary therapy should not exceed 8,000 units of vitamin A daily.
During or after use: If symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, pruritus withdraw medicine intake and consult a doctor or pharmacist.
If symptoms such as abdominal malaise, constipation, flare, withdraw medicine intake and consult a doctor or pharmacist.
Such symptoms as anorexia, nausea, abdominal malaise, diarrhea may appear.
Consult a doctor or a pharmacist if symptoms are not improved after long-term administration of this medication.
Pregnancy: Large doses of vitamin A (10,000 IU/day) have been found to be teratogenic if administered before 3 months and during the first trimester of pregnancy. In women who are in the 1st trimester of pregnancy or who may become pregnant, dose of vitamin A should not exceed 5,000 IU per day.
Symptoms eg, anorexia, nausea, malaise, diarrhea may appear. Consult a doctor or pharmacist if the symptoms are not improved after long-term administration of Polyamin-Forte.
Store in a cool site kept from light if possible.
To avoid the misuse and to keep up the quality, do not move into another container.
Store in an air-tight container.
