Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA), folic acid, potassium iodide.
Each softgel capsule contains DHA 200 mg, EPA 40 mg (from natural fish oil 800 mg), folic acid 500 mcg, potassium iodide 196.6 mcg equivalent to iodine 150 mcg.
Natocare is the safest source of DHA during pregnancy and lactation. Regular intake may improve and replenish vital DHA and folic acid throughout pregnancy and lactation period.
Aid, assist and help in the maintenance or improvement of general well being. It provides a daily dose of folic acid 500 mg which, if taken daily for 1 month before conception and during pregnancy, may reduce risk of women having a child with brain and spinal cord birth defects eg, the neural tube defects known as spina bifida and anencephaly. The patient may consider to start with Natocare few months earlier if planning pregnancy.

Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
