Patients with a history of hypersensitivity to any of the components of this preparation.
It should not be used on tubercular or luetic skin infections or in viral diseases (e.g. herpes, vaccinia, varicella).
Patients who have previously exhibited hypersensitivity to aminoglycoside antibiotics and bacitracin.
In case of perforated eardrum.
Ulcer (Bezel's disease), frostbite.
