KidsBiomune Mechanism of Action

Not all β-glucans are able to modulate immune functions. The manufacturing process impacts the chemical structure of the beta glucans, which determines the immune-modulating effects of beta glucans.
Wellmune is produced through patented production process, using minimal processing methods that preserve the structure and result in a minimum of 75% beta-glucan, which is clinically proven to modulate immune system.
Wellmune, the active ingredient of KidsBiomune is administered orally. It is then taken up into the body via Peyer's Patches in the intestines.
Transportation of Wellmune by macrophages of immune tissues throughout the body.
Macrophages breakdown Wellmune into smaller fragments, which bind to neutrophils.
Neutrophils that bind with Wellmune is more quickly to recognize and response to foreign challenges.
Clinically Proven to Boost Immunity: A double-blind, randomized, controlled, prospective trial that was carried out on 264 children aged 3-4 years old to determine the effect of Wellmune intake on the incidence of acute upper respiratory tract infections including common cold and flu.
