Before irrigation, dissolve packets in 300 mL lukewarm water (approx 37°C) & pour in nasal wash bottle. Irrigate each nostril bd in the morning & evening, may be used up to 6-10 times daily for severe symptoms.
Avoid washing & blowing of nose after getting up, smoking or drinking. Avoid rubbing nose violently & lessen pressure when sneezing. Not to be used w/ hot or boiling water.
