Indications/Uses
Short-term treatment of insomnia.
Dosage/Direction for Use
Adult 10 mg. Elderly & hepatic insufficiency Initially 5 mg. Max: 10 mg.
Administration
May be taken with or without food.
Special Precautions
Evaluate physical/psychological disorder prior to treatment. Depression. May impair ability to drive or operate machinery. Pregnancy & lactation. Elderly.
Adverse Reactions
Drowsiness, dizziness, diarrhea, headache, nausea, vomiting, amnesia, myalgia.
Drug Interactions
Concomitant use w/ imipramine, flumazenil, alcohol.
