Indications/Uses
RA, ankylosing spondylitis, OA & spondylarthritis.
Dosage/Direction for Use
Adult Initially 100-150 mg daily in 3 divided doses. Maintenance: 75-100 mg daily in 2 divided doses.
Administration
Should be taken with food: Take immediately after meals.
Contraindications
Peptic ulcer, asthma, allergy to aspirin or other NSAIDs.
Adverse Reactions
GI disorders, edema, headache, dizziness, vertigo, rash, rarely peptic ulcer, GI bleeding.
Drug Interactions
Increase plasma conc of lithium, MTX. May reduce effects of diuretics. May alter plasma conc of sulfonylureas.
