Tramadol 37.5 mg, paracetamol 325 mg
Indications/Uses
Moderate to severe acute & chronic pain; painful diagnostic or therapeutic measures, post-op pain. Sport & rehabilitation medicine.
Dosage/Direction for Use
Adult & childn >12 yr 3-4 tab/day. Max: 8 tab/day. Elderly >75 yr Min interval dose should not be <6 hr.
Administration
May be taken with or without food: Swallow whole, do not break/chew/crush.
Contraindications
Acute intoxication w/ alcohol, hypnotics, centrally-acting analgesics, opioids or psychotropic drugs.
Special Precautions
Opioid dependence. Epilepsy or seizures. Pregnancy & lactation.
Adverse Reactions
Nausea, dizziness, somnolence, constipation, dry mouth, diarrhoea, headache, confusion, sweating.
Drug Interactions
Nonselective MAOIs, alcohol, carbamazepine, opioid agonist-antagonist.
