Imipenem 500 mg, cilastatin 500 mg
Indications/Uses
Intra-abdominal, lower resp tract, gynecological, UTI, bone & joint, skin & soft tissue infections, mixed infections. Septicemia, endocarditis.
Dosage/Direction for Use
Adult 1-2 g daily in 3-4 equally divided doses. Dosage may be increased up to 4 g daily or 50 mg/kg/day. Childn >3 mth 15 mg/kg 6 hrly.
