Per 5 mL syr Pipazethate 10 mg, isothipendyl HCl 2 mg, liquorice extr 75 mg, glyceryl guaiacolate 25 mg
Indications/Uses
Listed in Dosage.
Dosage/Direction for Use
Productive & unproductive cough Adult & childn >12 yr 2 tsp 3-4 times daily. Childn 6-12 yr 2 tsp 2-3 times daily, 2-6 yr 1 tsp 2-4 times daily.
Administration
May be taken with or without food.
Contraindications
Pregnancy & lactation. Infant & childn <2 yr.
Special Precautions
Liver dysfunction, glaucoma, prostate hypertrophy. May impair ability to drive or operate machinery. Childn <6 yr. Elderly.
Adverse Reactions
Drowsiness, dizziness, insomnia, restlessness, dry mouth, blurred vision, nausea, vomiting, urticaria & tachycardia.
