Timolol maleate
Indications/Uses
Lowering IOP, chronic open-angle glaucoma & secondary glaucoma.
Dosage/Direction for Use
Instill 1 drop in each eye twice daily.
Contraindications
Bronchial asthma, COPD, sinus bradycardia, 2nd or 3rd degree AV block, cardiogenic shock.
Special Precautions
Heart failure. Pregnancy & lactation.
Adverse Reactions
Allergic reaction, hypoglycemia, insomnia, fainting, dizziness, eye irritation, bradycardia, chest pain, palpitation, hypotension, difficulty in breathing, nausea, myalgia, fatigue, hallucination.
