Individualized dosage.
Contraindications
Known or suspected genetic susceptibility to malignant hyperthermia.
Special Precautions
Hypotension, resp depression. Pregnancy & lactation.
Adverse Reactions
Resp depression, hypotension, arrhythmias; shivering, nausea, vomiting, ileus; transient elevations of WBC. Post-op hepatic dysfunction.
Drug Interactions
Nondepolarizing muscle relaxants, nitrous oxide.
