Triamcinolone acetonide
Indications/Uses
Adjunctive treatment & temporary relief of symptoms associated w/ oral inflammatory lesions & ulcerative lesion resulting from trauma.
Dosage/Direction for Use
Regularly apply to the lesions at bedtime until a thin film develops. Depending on the severity, it may be necessary to apply 2-3 times daily, preferably after meals.
Contraindications
Fungal, viral or bacterial infections of the mouth & throat.
Special Precautions
TB, peptic ulcer, DM. Pregnancy & lactation.
Adverse Reactions
GI disorders, edema, hypersensitivity reactions, weakness, dizziness.
