Indications/Uses
Prophylaxis of acute organ rejection in de novo renal transplantation concomitantly w/ ciclosporin for microemulsion- & corticosteroid-based immunosuppression.

Dosage/Direction for Use
Adult 40 mg in 2 divided doses of 20 mg each. 1st dose: To be given w/in 2 hr prior to transplantation surgery. 2nd dose: To be given 4 days after transplantation.
