Per 5 mL Simfed Plus Expectorant sir Triprolidine HCl 1.25 mg, pseudoephedrine HCl 30 mg, guaifenesin 100 mg. Per 5 mL Simfed Plus Cough Suppressant sir Triprolidine HCl 1.25 mg, pseudoephedrine HCl 30 mg, dextromethorphan HBr 10 mg
Ggn saluran pernapasan atas misalnya rinitis, karena alergi atau ggn vasomotor.
Tab Dws 1 tab 3x/hr. Sir Dws & anak >12 th 5 mL 3x/hr. Anak 6-12 th 2,5 mL 3x/hr.
Dpt diminum dgn makanan/susu utk meminimalkan iritasi saluran pencernaan.
Hipersensitivitas. Pasien dg sensitivitas terhadap obat simpatomimetik lain misalnya efedrin, fenilpropanolamin, fenilefrin, antidepresan MAOI. Pasien dg hipertensi atau berisiko hipertensi atau stroke seperti BB berlebih. Lansia.
Glaukoma, hipertrofi prostat, hipertiroid, penyakit jantung, DM. Hentikan pengobatan jika insomnia, palpitasi atau pusing terjadi. Pasien dg obat hipertensi, TCA, atau obat simpatomimetik lain misalnya dekongestan, penekan nafsu makan, psikostimulan, amfetamin. Dpt mengganggu kemampuan mengemudikan kendaraan atau mengoperasikan mesin. Pasien dg ggn fungsi hati & ginjal. Hamil & laktasi. Tdk direkomendasikan utk anak <2 thn.
Mengantuk, depresi, eksitasi SSP, tremor, tinitus, takikardia, aritmia, palpitasi; mulut, hidung, & tenggorokan kering, sakit kepala, ruam kulit, retensi urin; insomnia, penglihatan kabur, gelisah, halusinasi.
