Indications/Uses

Symptomatic relief of OA, RA, ankylosing spondylitis (AS), pain & signs of inflammation associated w/ acute gouty arthritis; chronic musculoskeletal pain, acute pain associated w/ dental surgery.

Dosage/Direction for Use

OA & chronic musculoskeletal pain 60 mg once daily. RA, post-op dental pain, AS 90 mg once daily. Duration of treatment for ankylosing spondylitis: Not >1 yr. Acute gouty arthritis 120 mg once daily. Max: 8 days. Moderate hepatic insufficiency (Child-Pugh score 7-9) 60 mg every other day, mild hepatic insufficiency (Child-Pugh score 5-6) 60 mg once daily.
