Lansoprazole
Indications/Uses
Duodenal & benign gastric ulcer; esophageal reflux.
Dosage/Direction for Use
Duodenal ulcer, esophageal reflux 1 cap daily for 4 wk. Benign gastric ulcer 1 cap daily for 8 wk.
Administration
Should be taken on an empty stomach.
Special Precautions
Maintenance therapy for treatment of patients w/ duodenal ulcer disease & pathological hypersecretory conditions including Zollinger-Ellison syndrome. Pregnancy & lactation.
Adverse Reactions
Headache, diarrhea, asthenia, candidiasis, chest pain, edema, fever, flu syndrome, halitosis, infections, malaise.
