Per mL Polymyxin B sulfate 16,250 IU, neomycin 3.5 mg, phenylephrine HCl 1.2 mg
Indications/Uses
Eye infection caused by Staph aureus, Strep pneumoniae, E. coli, H. influenzae, Klebsiella sp, Enterobacter sp, Neisseria sp, Pseudomonas aeruginosa.
Dosage/Direction for Use
1-2 drops 2-4 times daily for 7-10 days. Acute infection 1-2 drops every 15-30 min.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity. Narrow-angle glaucoma.
Special Precautions
Long-term use. Eye irritation (discontinue). Avoid direct contact w/ eyes, eyelid or other surfaces. Pregnancy.
Adverse Reactions
Skin & conjunctival sensitization.
