EC caplet H. pylori eradication 40 mg twice daily in combination w/ either 1,000 mg amoxicillin twice daily & 500 mg clarithromycin twice daily or 500 mg metronidazole twice daily & 500 mg clarithromycin twice daily or 1,000 mg amoxicillin twice daily & 500 mg metronidazole twice daily.
Gastric & duodenal ulcer, reflux esophagitis 40 mg daily. May increase to 80 mg daily.
Zollinger-Ellison syndrome & other pathological hypersecretory conditions Initially 80 mg. May be titrated up or down as needed. Doses >80 mg should be divided & given twice daily.
Patient w/ severe liver impairment 40 mg every other day.
Patient w/ impaired renal function & elderly Max: 40 mg daily.
Powd for inj Gastric & duodenal ulcer, reflux esophagitis 40 mg IV daily.
