Per mL Polymyxin B sulfate 10,000 IU, neomycin sulfate 5 mg, fludrocortisone acetate 1 mg, lidocaine HCl 40 mg
Indications/Uses
Acute & chronic otitis externa.
Dosage/Direction for Use
Instill 4-5 drops into the ear(s) 2-4 times daily. Limit use to 10 consecutive days.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity. External auditory canal disorder, cutaneous viral infection (eg, HSV or varicella-zoster virus); perforated tympanic membrane.
Special Precautions
Hypersensitivity to sulfites. Cutaneous sensitization or irritation, ototoxicity, prolonged use. Pregnancy. Premature infants.
Adverse Reactions
Skin sensitization; ototoxicity, nephrotoxicity; burning, itching, irritation, dryness, folliculitis, hypertrichosis, hyperpigmentation, oral & contact allergic dermatitis, skin maceration & atrophy, secondary infection, striae & miliaria.

Penicillin & derivatives.
