Per 5 mL Oxomemazine 1.65 mg, guaifenesin 33.3 mg.
Meredakan batuk berdahak yg disertai dg kondisi alergi.
Dws & anak >12 thn (BB >40 kg) 10 mL 4 x/hr. Anak 10-12 thn (BB 30-40 kg) 10 mL 3-4 x/hr, 6-10 thn (dg BB 20-30 kg) 10 mL 2-3 x/hr, 2-6 thn (BB 10-20 kg) 5 mL 2-3 x/hr.
Riwayat agranulositosis, risiko retensi urin yg berhubungan dg ggn uretroprostatik & glaukoma sudut tertutup.
Lanjut usia dg kerentanan mengalami hipotensi ortostatik, vertigo, mengantuk; konstipasi kronik; hipertrofi prostat, ggn KV; ggn fungsi hati &/atau ginjal. Anak <2 thn.
Mengantuk, kekeringan pd membaran mukosa, konstipasi.
