Relief of headache, toothache, fever & post-vaccination pain.
Dosage/Direction for Use
Oral dropsChildn 1-2 yr 60-120 mg 3-4 times daily. Infant <1 yr 60 mg 3-4 times daily. InfusionAdult & adolescent >50 kg 100 mL IV infusion for 15 min up to 4 times daily. Max daily dose: 4 g. <50 kg & childn >33 kg (approx 11 yr) 1.5 mL/kg up to 4 times daily. Max daily dose: 60 mg/kg or 3 g. Doses should be given w/ at least 4 hr interval.
Administration
May be taken with or without food.
Contraindications
Severe impaired liver function.
Special Precautions
Kidney diseases. May enhance the risk of liver damage in patient who consume alcohol.
