Permethrin
Indications/Uses
Sarcoptes scabiei infestation (Scabies).
Dosage/Direction for Use
Apply evenly over the entire surface of the skin from head to toes, especially in the area behind the ears, folds of buttocks, & between the fingers. Duration of therapy: 8-12 hr. Preferably apply at night.
Special Precautions
Avoid contact w/ eyes. Symptoms do not immediately disappear following application. Pregnancy & lactation. Babies <2 mth.
Adverse Reactions
Mild burning sensation, sore, itching, erythema, hypesthesia, skin rash.
