Per tab Glyceryl guaiacolate 150 mg, dextromethorphan HBr 10 mg, diphenhydramine HCl 15 mg. Per 5 mL Diphenhydramine HCl 12.5 mg, dextromethorphan HBr 7.5 mg, phenylpropanolamine HCl 6 mg, ammon Cl 100 mg, glyceryl guaiacolate 75 mg, Na citrate 50 mg, menthol 0.75 mg
Relief of cough & common cold associated w/ allergy.
Adult & childn > 12 yr 1 tab or 10 mL.
Childn 6-12 yr ¼-½ tab or 5 mL,
2-6 yr 2.5 mL. To be taken 3-4 times daily.
May be taken with or without food.
Hyperthyroidism, HTN, coronary disease, MAOI therapy, nephropathy.
Cardiac disorders, diabetes, glaucoma, impaired renal or hepatic function. May impair ability to drive or operate machinery. Pregnancy. Childn <2 yr.
Drowsiness, dizziness, dry mouth, skin rashes.
Actions prolonged by MAOI. Antihistamines may potentiate other CNS depressants.
