Indications/Uses
Duodenal & gastric ulcer, erosive esopha­gitis.
Dosage/Direction for Use
Duodenal ulcer 30 mg/day for 4 wk. Gastric ulcer & erosive esophagitis 30 mg/day for 8 wk.
Administration
Should be taken on an empty stomach: Take before meals.
Special Precautions
Hepatic disorder. Pregnancy & lactation. Elderly.
Adverse Reactions
Headache, diarrhea, anaphylactoid reaction, asthenia.
Drug Interactions
Theophylline, phenytoin.
