Indications/Uses
Duodenal & benign gastric ulcer & reflux oesophagitis.
Dosage/Direction for Use
Duodenal ulcer 30 mg once daily for 4 wk. Benign gastric ulcer 30 mg once daily for 8 wk. Reflux oesophagitis 30 mg once daily for 4 wk. Max: 30 mg daily.
Administration
Should be taken on an empty stomach: Take in the morning before meals.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity.
Special Precautions
Pregnancy & lactation.
Adverse Reactions
Headache, diarrhea, anaphylactoid reaction, asthenia, edema.
Drug Interactions
OC, theophylline, phenytoin, warfarin.
