Desoximethasone
Indications/Uses
Various types of eczema, dermatitis, psoriasis.
Dosage/Direction for Use
Apply a thin layer into the affected area 2-3 times daily.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity. Skin reaction due to vaccinations, dermal TB, virus.
Special Precautions
Not recommended for ophth use. Discontinue use if irritation develops. Systemic effects may occur due to skin absorption if applied in large areas & prolonged used. Large dose or prolonged treatment should not be used in pregnant woman.
Adverse Reactions
Prolonged use may cause hypopigmentation, dermal atrophy & striae, skin irritation (itchy or burn sensation).
