Radiotherapy-induced nausea & vomiting 1-3 mg (10-40 mcg/kg) as slow IV inj (over 30 sec) or IV infusion in 20-50 mL infusion fluid (over 5 min) prior to radiotherapy. Post-op nausea & vomiting 1 mg (10 mcg/kg) as slow IV inj (over 30 sec) prior to induction of anesth; max: 3 mg/day IV.
