Esomeprazole
Indications/Uses
Gastroesophagus reflux in patients w/ esophagitis.
Dosage/Direction for Use
IV inj or infusion 20-40 mg once daily. Reflux esophagitis 40 mg once daily. Symptomatic treatment of reflux disorder 20 mg once daily. The treatment should be replaced w/ PO prep.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity. Atazanavir.
Special Precautions
Significant wt loss, vomiting, dysphagia, hematemesis, melena. Exclude gastric ulcer or malignancy. Avoid driving vehicle & operating machinery. Pregnancy & lactation.

Hematology & lymphatic system disorders; immune system disorders; metabolism & nutrition disturbance; mental disorder; CNS disorder; vision disturbances; resp & mediastinum disorder; liver & biliary obstruction; skin & subcutaneous tissue disorders; musculoskeletal disorder; urinary & renal obstruction; reproduction & breast disturbances; common disorders.
Drug Interactions
Concomitant use w/ atazanavir, ritonavir; amoxicillin, quinidine.
