Thiamine mononitrate, Pyridoxine HCl, Cyanocobalamin.
Description
Each sugar coated tablet (dragee) contains: Thiamine mononitrate 100 mg; Pyridoxine HCl 200 mg; Cyanocobalamin 200 mcg.
Action
Pharmacology: Vitamin B1 acts as a coenzyme in the decarboxylation of alpha-keto acid and plays a role, in carbohydrate metabolism.
Vitamin B6 in the body turns into pyridoxal phosphate and pyridoxamine phosphate than can aid in metabolism of protein and amino acids.
Vitamin B12 plays a role in the synthesis of nucleic acids and the effects on cell maturation and maintains the integrity of the neural networks.
Indications/Uses
For the treatment of vitamin B1, B6 and B12 as in polineuritis.
Dosage/Direction for Use
1 tablet daily or depending on doctor's prescription.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to this drug component.
Special Precautions
Should be used for patients who are receiving therapy Levodopa.
Side Effects
The use of large doses of vitamin B6 in the long term, can cause neuropathy syndrome.
Storage
Store in dry place, below 30°C.
