Clobetasol propionate
Indications/Uses
Inflammatory & pruritic manifestation of corticosteroid-responsive dermatoses.
Dosage/Direction for Use
Apply thinly 1-2 times daily for max of 2 wk. Max: 50 g/wk.
Special Precautions
Not for treatment of rosacea or perioral dermatitis. Avoid application in face, hairy area & groin. Avoid contact w/ eyes. Infection or irritation (discontinue). Pregnancy & lactation. Childn <12 yr.
Adverse Reactions
Striae, hypopigmentation, vasodilation. Cushing's syndrome, hyperglycaemia, glycosuria.
