Magnesium.

Each effervescent tablet contains 365 mg magnesium, as magnesium oxide.

Helps to cover the individual daily magnesium requirement. Magnesium oxide is also used as a magnesium supplement in deficiency states when it is the cause of muscle activity dysfunctions (neuromuscular disorders, calf cramps).

Adults and children over 6 years drink 1 effervescent tablet per day as recommended by doctors (dissolved in a glass of water).

Patients with renal failure, patients with Atrioventricular block unless these patients are using pacemaker and patients with hypersensitivity to Magnesium.

Women during pregnancy and breastfeeding using Magnesium up to the recommendation by doctors.

Common side effect is diarrhea. Other possible side effects are nausea, cramps, that can be reduced by taking along with meals.

Concomitant use with groups of biphosphonates (alendronate, etidronate, risedronate), quinolones (ciprofloxacin, gatifloxacin, levofloxacin, lomefloxacin, moxifloxacin, norfloxacin, ofloxacin, sparfloxacin, trofafloxacin), tetracyclines (doxycycline, monocycline, tetracycline) can decrease the absorption of those 3 (three) groups.
Boron increases plasma concentration of magnesium.
Calcium, manganese, iron, Na-Alginate can decrease magnesium absorption.
Inositol hexaphosphate inhibits magnesium absorption.
Non-digestible oligosaccharide increases magnesium absorption in colon.
Phosphate decreases phosphate and magnesium absorption.
Foods with high content of oxalic acid (spinach, potatoes, rhubarb, nuts) or phytic acid (nuts) can decrease magnesium absorption.

Store in a dry place below 25°C.
Keep medicine out of reach of children.
