Per g Benzoyl peroxide 25 mg, adapalene 1 mg
Indications/Uses
Acne vulgaris in patients ≥12 yr.
Dosage/Direction for Use
Apply once daily on the affected area.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to adapalene, benzoyl peroxide.
Special Precautions
Avoid sunlight exposure during treatment. May cause erythema, cracked, dry, burning skin during the 1st 4 wk of treatment. Avoid waxing. Pregnancy, lactation. Childn <12 yr.
Adverse Reactions
Erythema, dryness, peeling, burning, stinging sensation. Irritant contact dermatitis, skin irritation. Pruritus, sunburn. Anaphylaxis reaction, urticaria, allergic contact dermatitis, facial edema, discoloration of facial skin, sore.
Drug Interactions
Peeling, desquamating or any abrasive agents.
