Mycobacterium tuberculosis, as part of combination regimens used to treat drug-susceptible
Mycobacterium tuberculosis. QT prolongation. ECG should be obtained before initiation or at least mthly after starting treatment. Use w/ caution when concomitantly used w/ medicinal products w/ known risk of QT prolongation. Increases in transaminases or aminotransferase elevations accompanied by total bilirubin ≥2x ULN. Rare hereditary problems of galactose intolerance, Lapp lactase deficiency or glucose-galactose malabsorption. Minor influence on the ability to drive & use machines. Pregnancy & lactation.
