Patients w/ severe & clinically unstable concomitant disease (eg, CV or lung disease, neurological or psychiatric disorders, cancer or AIDS & other endocrine disorders). In cases of severe diarrhoea, efficacy of OCs may be reduced. Contains lactose; not to be taken by patients w/ rare hereditary problems of galactose intolerance, Lapp lactase deficiency or glucose-galactose malabsorption. Minor influence on the ability to drive & use machines; possible dizziness & fatigue during the 1st day of treatment. Patients w/ severe renal impairment or severe hepatic impairment (Child-Pugh class C). Not recommended during pregnancy & in women of childbearing potential not using contraception. Lactation. Not to be used in childn & adolescent <18 yr.
