Per 100 mL Polymyxin B sulfate 1,000,000 u, neomycin (as neomycin sulfate) 0.375 g, lidocaine HCl 4 g

Indications/Uses

Acute & chronic otitis externa, in the pre- & post-perforative stage & chronic secretive otitis. Suppurative complications following ear & mastoid surgery (radial mastoidectomy, plastic surgery on the tympan, atticoantrotomy, fenestration).

Dosage/Direction for Use

Adult 4-5 drops bd-qds. Childn 2-3 drops tds-qds.

Contraindications

Acute, untreated purulent bacterial, viral or fungal infection of the ear. Perforated eardrum.

Special Precautions

Prolonged use. Cause of otitis media must be eliminated.
