Prolonged bleeding time & inhibited platelet aggregation. Slight elevation of body temp; heat &/or cold sensations; chills; flush or cyanosis; lack of appetite, nausea, vomiting; dyspnoea; headache, chest, back, loins & bone pain; increased or decreased BP; anaphylactic reactions (eg, erythema). Hepatomegaly w/ or w/o icterus; changes in coagulation parameters; splenomegaly; anaemia, leucopenia, thrombocytopenia; bleeding & tendency to bleed; pathological liver function tests, fever; hyperlipidaemia; headache, stomach pains, fatigue; hyperglycaemia.
