The most commonly adverse reactions reported are headache and flushing. Other less reported side events are dyspepsia, dizzy, nasal congestion and abnormal vision (including blurred vision, increased sensitive to light, mild and transient chromatopsia).
If the patient takes Maxigra more than one time a day, the patient may experience muscle pain.
Inform the patient to see doctor immediately if he experiences penis erection more than 4 hours. Otherwise the penis may be damaged permanently.
